Hello Everyone;
Ok, I have reviewed the docs, key points.
The LL has uploaded a check-in report unsigned by me and to be honest, I can not remember signing a copy off.
The check-out report was conducted without my knowledge, 2 weeks after we vacated, with the LL present
The LL is claiming I installed lights in the garden without permission, (which was noted in check-out, not sure how the check out lady knew they had been installed without permission). Actually, the lights were installed before we moved in, but I can find no reference to the lights or old photos. What to do here?
The bathroom was replaced in 2012, but tiles were laid badly and one was laid cracked or cracked after install. I told the LL this a few months after it was installed so would have been under warranty. The previous bathroom was riddled with broken tiles (which I asked to be fixed over many emails) due to the floorboards underneath being uneven.
There is a cleaning charge of £125, despite the property being full of builders and builders materials during the check-out report.
The total amount being claimed which I now see is ~960 does not match the reciepts given, which are much less. I do feel a little better since the TDS customer service person was incorrect when she told me 1662 was being deducted.
Thanks for your reading.

Suggest you simply deny all these charges on the grounds you quote.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Deny all knowledge if there's no inventory signed by you. The onus is on them to prove the damage. Just write what you have here, pulling their evidence to shreds0
