Do any of the experienced posters here know anything about this?
I have contacted Ofgem regarding serious issues within NPower. They seemed interested.
However I am unsure if the fact I no longer work for them prevents me from doing this or prevents them from acting on it.
I understand Ofgem is already investigating Npower and want to ensure the serious ongoing problems they have are not swept under the carpet. IMO they have failed thier staff and customers very very badly.

You don't stand a chance I'm afraid.
I've read through your posts, and I understand your frustration about the SAP implementation and the chaos it causes (my employer, a big 6 energy firm is doing the same).
What you can't prove is willful negligence. I don't think anybody within npower wanted things to turn out as they have, in the same way that I don't think the management for the firm I work for realise what's going to happen. I'm sure they've just been hoodwinked by Dietmar Hopp's salesmen.0 -

Unless you were a senior manager, who was privy to high level info, your on a loser.
As lower level employee, you cant prove that the senior managers have wilfully or purposely done whatever they are accused off.Promo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?0 -
It would seem you are correct.
Ofgem has hit a new low IMO, what does a company have to do to get them to DO something?
Totally unfit for purpose. I really though they would've realized by now their whole approach is one giant epic fail.
I do wonder if the head guy will be taking his bonus though as it was based on service and employee satisfaction. Customers aren't satisfied and they are getting rid off staff.0 -
ofgem likes fines, is raises them cashDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
