Before I could really comment on you surviving on losing £90 a month, I'd need to see a full breakdown of your costs and expenditures.

But unless you are really living on the breadline, then -£90 a month can be easily dealt with, I would suggest by most families.

Maybe you won't live as comfortably, maybe you'll have to get rid of sky/take aways/holidays etc, but it can be done.

As many others have said, SOA on debt free and go to Old style board to get great tips for making things go further.

Many people on here have gone through hard times, so we're not just talking out of our backsides.

It sounds to me like you have a bigger problem than this though, sounds like you are really depressed and this has kicked it off.

Do you have kids, you mentioned your little family?
