Furniture business delivery help please..

Hello everyone, I am in the process of setting up a furniture/home accessory website. I have the suppliers, pro forma Accounts ( I don't want credit of any sort) all I need to sort out is the logistics. I need to find the best way to deliver my good. Large items like wardrobes/armoires/beds etc i have someone with a lorry with lift so I could arrange that. Any thoughts on the smaller things like chandeliers/ mirrors/accessories etc what does anyone think would be the best way to deliver these? Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks in advance :)
