wrong item sent ..

I recently bought some beauty goods from HQ hair. Delivery arrived a few days later but wasn't what I ordered.
E-mailed the company & the reply said I need to print out a parcel return label & then take it to my nearest Collection + point then they will send what I actually ordered once this has been returned.

I have no working printer to print out the label and I live in a small village so the nearest collection point is 3 miles away!!

Are the company obliged to put this right as its there error? I really object to the fact it will cost me money to correct their mistake. Do I have any rights here ?

Thanks
Angie

I'd email them, tell them to send you a postage paid label and you will send it by Royal Mail at your post office.

Actually there t & cs say you need to get an authorization number and take to the post office and get proof of postage-personally I wouldn't be prepared to pay the postage myself
