EDF problems!

Is anyone else having problems contacting EDF? I am constantly being cut off on phone! I am in a new property supplied by them on pre payment. Their customer service is total rubbish!

My fixed contract with EDF ends April 2014-not previously had problems with them but sent them email on Sat and no reply so sent again Tues-still no reply!!
Getting bit annoyed at no response so perhaps they are having some issues with customer service.0 -
From many years of experience EDF's customer "service" it ranks amongst the worse.
No more EDF for me after Friday!!!! :j0
