I think i'll ring my gp tomorrow and ask to see someone. I had a messy delivery I had 4 large uterine fibroids so more cutting.

Its hard cos I know ive gained weight since the birth.

Maybe its part exhaustion as baby is very much a night owl:o

thanks for everyones input, not quite as reassuring as I hoped

    Ax

Sorry we weren't more comforting! I've never had a C-section, but some of the words you used set a few little alarm bells off.

If you get any hotter or colder, or feel any worse or more dizzy, please don't put off seeing somebody, better safe than sorry!

I shan't quote you, Tigsteroonie, but _pale_ gosh, c-sections are thought to be the 'easy' way to give birth.... I know which way I'd rather do it!

There seems to be this idea that a surgical birth is somehow "easier" than going through labour and a vaginal birth.

Having met women who have had both types of birth, I can't say that I have met many who would choose a C-section over a vaginal birth. It is a major surgical procedure which women then need to recover from whilst caring for a newborn baby. Easy? I don't think so!

All those celebs who choose it as a lifestyle choice must be out of their (tiny) minds.

OP...Congrats on your new baby, hope you get well soon :)
