Knowhow damage

Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong place I wasn't too sure on where to put it.
To put it in the simplest forms (and stopping this from becoming an essay...) my laptop has been off for repair with knowhow the pc world repair people. It has taken a month, and 2 attempts but they have I think repaired the faults I sent it off with (the one I'm still waiting to test). However they also damaged my laptop.
The first time it was sent off the hard drive was replaced and in doing so they have cracked the bottom of the laptop casing.
The second time they replaced the DC board and in the process have cracked the laptop casing where they power lead plugs in and have snapped a piece off where you can plug in the internet cable.
I pointed these out to the member of staff who returned my laptop to me and he said quite plainly that they wont fix it its cosmetic, even though it was them that caused the damage! Obviously if it had been me I wouldn't expect them to but as it happened while my laptop was in the care of the people repairing the laptop and who should know how to treat them I'm quite shocked. In fact the place where a piece is broken off although yes it does appear cosmetic I'd of thought a piece missing would just allow dust and bits into the laptop and potentially cause damage? I don't know much about them though really...
Firstly does anybody know how I can complain to Knowhow in writing or by post ? and secondly where do you think I stand on getting the repair done?
Thanks!

you can complain to letusknow@knowhow.com
They should take it away and repair it again, yes it may only be cosmetic but it's still damage caused by them.0 -

Also it's quite easy to note, when the device is booked into the store damage is noted if there is anything major and also when it arrives on the engineers workbench in Newark if there is any damage. Send a email to the above email or take it back to the store to be sent away.0

DD netbook was covered with Knowhow and they replaced the casing on her netbook, when it became cracked near the touchpad and between the usb ports0

CoolHotCold Unfortunately it was in store that I was told it was purely cosmetic and that they would not repair it, hopefully an email will get a better response.
Shelldean thanks hopefully that means they will do mine too if I keep trying.I hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.

Just to report back I received a call from Knowhow customer services today and they have booked my laptop in.
Ridiculous thing is although he noted that the damage hadnt been reported on the form when I sent it off, so assumed that it happened while in their care, he had to go to his supervisor to get it ok'd to replace the casing. Surely its just common sense to mend things when they have damaged them...
But he's booked it in now so the store can't say its cosmetic we wont fix it
