Hot Air Balloon flights over S. Wales

I'm looking to take my girlfriend (otherwise known as The Boss) on a hot air ballon flight for her birthday in September. Can anyone recommend any decent firms who do this? I would prefer to have our flight over South Wales.
This is my quest, to follow that star, no matter how hopeless, no matter how far.

I was going to do a balloon flight last summer with a company at a small airfield near Ross-on-Wye. There seem to be a few outfits around the English border who'll do it. You just need to be sure that the wind's blowing in the right direction. You wouldn't want to head East from there. (Just kidding. Actually it's a lovely part of the world around there.)
It's extremely difficult to book an exact time or day, because so much depends on the weather. So if you really do need it to be on a birthday, prepare for a possible disappointment. That's what happened to me. Make sure that you can get your money back if it's cancelled. The trip might be rescheduled but you might have to make it back to the location within a certain time or something. Check the T&C's I suppose.0
