The criminal record, would it be by Rene and Renata?
I'd confess, and that is torture under against your ' elf and safety rights, regulation6, subsection 1a.
I say robson & Jerome, their singles were pretty criminal too.
It has been too long since a thread like this, I have missed them:coffee:0 -
Sounds like the Police are saying they want to formally interview you (under caution) at the Police Station, and if you don't turn up voluntarily they will arrest you. If that's the case, you should make an appointment for an interview. You should also ask them to arrange for you to be legally represented. They have grounds to arrest you if they have reason to suspect you of stealing. You are lucky that they have given you the option to attend voluntarily and avoid arrest.
If you were arrested, you would not have a criminal record. That would only happen if you were subsequently prosecuted and found guity, or accepted a caution. However, being formally arrested is very unpleasant and best avoided.
You could be right

It's probably because he* went into Tesco eating a Subway and complained about having to pay 50p for an itemised bill, so Tesco had their dirty tricks department frame him** by transferring £200 to his account.
Makes sense.

The company paid him the £200, its not as though he physically stole the money.0 -

Nick thankyou for one of the most constructive replys and not to jump on the Band Wagon of i am "Lying" over this.
I have called a local firm who will represent me and have taken some notes and I have been told if they interview me to call them.
I do not understand how they have a case. I am not sure how I stole the money, I am not denying that it did go into one of my old bank accounts... but I was never contacted by the firm. Just 6 months later the police arrive at my door.
So if i do not go to court, but the police want me to accept a caution and i decline this caution what will happen? There is no way I deserve a criminal record.0 -

They paid it into an account 6 months after I left the company. I Have evidence to prove the account is inactive and that it was not spent.
Its not like I have seen the money, spent it and then ignored it.0
