Bathroom design

After 5 long months we are finally in our first home,
But now we find that we have a leak quite a bad one thats been like it for sometime so instead of doing the bathroom last we have to do it first.:mad:
They never left any access holes so we had to rip the pannelling off,
As it's only a tiny bathroom i was looking for design websites where you could put your measurments in etc only at the moment we have a tiny basin which is useless we would like it bigger,
Any thoughts
