PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Grow a pair, go out there and tell him to leave:
Say: leave my property immediately or i will call the police.
If you tell him to clear off and get nasty with it, he is more likely to want to see the back of you and agree to a termination of the tenancy. You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0 -
only reason i not answer is because i wanted to see what he did and if he had come inside i would of gone mad next time i will go out and i garuntee there will be a next time0

1) someone lurking in your garden? Call the police!
2) Can't afford to change the locks? Of course you can! A 'yale type' barrel costs £5 and a deadlock costs £20.
10minutes with a screwdriver(£2) to change them. See

As for ending the tenancy:
Ending/Renewing an AST (what happens when the Fixed Term ends?)(What is a Periodic Tenancy?)(How can a LL remove a tenant?)(How can a tenant end a tenancy?)0
