Grow a pair, go out there and tell him to leave:

Say: leave my property immediately or i will call the police.
I agree. If you are all compliant and hide inside, then he will (probably rightly) think that he can tell you where to put your freezer and how much you have to pay to leave the tenancy.

If you tell him to clear off and get nasty with it, he is more likely to want to see the back of you and agree to a termination of the tenancy.
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'
  • only reason i not answer is because i wanted to see what he did and if he had come inside i would of gone mad next time i will go out and i garuntee there will be a next time

    1) someone lurking in your garden? Call the police!

    2) Can't afford to change the locks? Of course you can! A 'yale type' barrel costs £5 and a deadlock costs £20.

10minutes with a screwdriver(£2) to change them. See

    As for ending the tenancy:
