Plasterer in South Bucks

in In my home (includes DIY) MoneySaving
I don't suppose anyone could recommend a plasterer in the South Bucks area?
Would anyone know how much it would cost to plaster over an artex ceiling ready for painting?
The area is about 2.5m x 4m and the artex is not deep.
Someone out of area quoted me £250.

    I'm not a plasterer. He's taking the [STRIKE]p[/STRIKE] mick. Spread I use would charge something of that order but he does two coats. It's an all day job.
