    Thanks for your help x

    My email from Amazon says

Your item(s) is (are) being sent by China post. Your tracking numbers are 7463978, 7463978, 7463978, 7463978. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website

Hmmm, they don't appear to be legit tracking numbers.
    Tracking numbers examples:
RQ217306077SG This would be a Singapore post item
RC089037136HK This would be a Hong Kong post item
RB214255519CN This would be a China post item

Nothing in a tracking number will indicate the destination country, only the originator country. UK originating post items end in GB. All tracking numbers are 13 digits long, regardless of origin country.

    Hth x

The time taken to screw something up and stuff in an envelope would be longer than folding it, no????

LOL! Add to that the added time in squashing the envelope flat so you can seal the flap down!

  • My order from the 15th has arrived but not the one with the aprons from the 14th?

I got 3 clip in coloured hair extensions for my daughter 27p each - they look great

an elasticated sequin belt for me £1 ish - looks great, I think I'll get another colour

a pink smiley face nurse style watch for my daughter £1.30 ish - looks great except the battery has ran out the second hand just shudders a bit like it hasn't the power to tick forward. My husband said easy just get a new battery, problem is the battery will be more than I paid for the watch! I'll see what the seller has to say.

Try your local Poundshop or ebay for batteries - should be no more than a few pence each for the button type.
  • I left a neutral feedback as mine were ok just the weird smell on them but i still recieved this email

    Dear friend,

It is so sad to see that you left the neutral feedback without giving us a chance to make everything right.

We know you are a good buyer, but you maybe don't know the meaning of the neutral feedback for a seller. The meanings is the same as the negative feedback.

Maybe it is just not as perfect as you thought, not meet your expectations.
As a seller we regard credit as our life and we strive to give our customer the best service!

So, to make you feel better, we suggest to rufund you GBP1 as compensation and you help remove the feedback, is it ok?
    Or your suggestion?

Your understanding and help would be highly appreciated!

    Best regards,
    Sandy"

I've already harped on (elsewhere) about this seller and his incessant complaining/bribing emails about the feedback I gave him! Hijacked other threads about the seller, oops (and sorry to the OPs of threads :()

Your email is virtually the same as a couple of the ones I got, I suspected he was using a template to send out to people leaving negatives (and neutrals it appears!).

Contact Amazon and make them aware. Sellers aren't allowed to ask buyers to remove feedback. Amazon said to me from email:
"any attempt to manipulate ratings of any participant is prohibited."

Fingers crossed you won't get more emails from him. I've not had one today... I got a refund instead!

Seems pretty reasonable - why not give him a chance to put things right before leaving feedback of any description?

Absolutely agree it's a pain when things are not as you hoped, but surely not worth a huge emotional investment for something which only cost 82p in the first place!

Quite! Very unjust to criticise someone publicly (which is what poor feedback does) for a problem if they don't even know you have one.

I thought feedback should reflect the initial service and state of goods upon arrival if it's clearly an issue with the seller (not damaged by postal courier)? I don't want a seller who takes up to 4 weeks to deliver an item damaged by the seller themselves or an item which is clearly with a big question mark on materials used - then another 4 weeks to replace or 2 weeks to refund. So I don't entirely agree with you there.

And what if the feedback was given after someone let them know anyway that there was a problem with their packing... and which they didn't want to know at first...?
