Hi,
I have used Snapfish for personalised gifts and prints for years now and think I've even recommended them on this forum.
I complained (complained isn't the correct term - I'd still use them, but wanted to give them feedback) to them yesterday about the recent quality about a couple of items and they have responded swiftly and have generously offered a replacement of the items I wasn't happy with. :j
Just wanted to share how pleased I am with them with their response and how quickly they did respond, as that time of year is approaching where people are looking for personalised gifts.
