Audioshell

I've installed Audioshell on my Vista 32bit pc, but it doesn't seem to be working properly. If I hover over an mp3, it gives the audio information in the layout of Audioshell, but it is greyed out. If I select the mp3, then right click and select properties, just the normal tabs are visible, not the audioshell ones. Any suggestions? It's the latest version of Audioshell.
