Leaving JSA and returning to ESA

Ello,
I moved off ESA to JSA late last year. I thought I was better. I found out last week in ignominious fashion that I am not when I collapsed on a training course. The poor tutor was terrified by the gloopy boneless lump I transformed into.
Anyhow, I applied to go back on ESA.
I got my initial slew of envelopes through today. I've been awarded ESA, the assessment with the wonderful people at ATOS will be at a later date.

Here's the thing.
I was getting JSA with a top up payment of £31 a week 'because you are disabled'. I'm not getting it with ESA. I assume it's because sick and disabled people don't claim ESA?!?!
Does anyone know if this top up is available with ESA or has it gone?
Without that £31 a week I won't be able to pay my rent (rent allowance only covers two thirds of my rent), never mind feed my chronic food and warmth habit.

presumably you also did not get the disability premium when you were on ESA before?

The reason it is available on JSA and not ESA is because
on JSA it is for those with DLA Care, LOW, MIDDLE OR HIGH
on ESA, EDP is only available for DLA care HIGH (or are in Support Group)
on ESA, SDP is available to those on DLA care MIDDLE or HIGH but they must live alone and have no one claiming carers allowance to care for them.

its because youre on the assessment rate.
