Hello,
I'm trying to use Money Claim Online to submit the claim. I've sent a letter before action and received no reply. There's an option which I don't understand:
'If you wish, you may also send detailed particulars direct to the defendant. If you need to do this, please tick here'
Should I just leave this as I've sent a detailed letter before action? If I leave it, how do I add the evidence to support my claim on the site? Or is this not necessary?
