hfc/hamilton insurance/endeavour

i have unsuccessfully tried to reclaim a missold ppi policy from endeavour, who have now sold the loan on,i have discovered that the ppi was put onto my initial loan amount as a lump sum,£3100, and it only covered the first 60 mths of the 240 mths.i have never missed a payment but now due to my partners ill health i have had to become her full time carer and obviously this has had a huge impact on my income. the original secured loan was arranged by norton, but hfc, hamiliton and endeavour, who were invoved with the loan and ppi, i have discovered, were all owned by hfc!.i am now in a terrible financial postion, still paying the endeavour loan including interest from the ppi lump at the beginning, this seems so unfair ,and if matters get worse i dread to think what might happen, where as if they repaid me the ppi i could breath again!.any ideas would be more than grateful ! :(

who originally sold you the loan?
    Are they still going?
If they are, ask them who the underwriter was and cmplain tot hem.
    That's all you can do.

Hi, sorry to hear about your troubles. Could you not have claimed on the policy itself as you had to stop work due to ill health of partner and becoming her carer? Check your policy terms. Failing that, as previously mentioned, try complaining to the underwriter of the loan. Hope this helps.
