If you wage goes up by even 1p that is a rise, irrespective of the cost of living rises. It really is that simple.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -
One of the advantages of having a union and collective bargaining is that negotiated increases are fairly and uniformly applied according to the terms of the agreement. This just would not happen in this way. Merit rises of course might be withheld but that is far less overtly vindictive than what has happened hereYou might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0
