samsung keep taking my money

I am using a Samsung phone while waiting for my iphone to be fixed. after viper not seemingly giving me the same free calls or texts to my son he removed everything on it. having said that every day they send me a message saying that are giving me access to x amount of data whilst removing a pound for the privilege. how can I remove this?

also what phone is it that has a similar face and workings as a 3gs iphone because I remember seeing one ages ago no where near same price and thought i would get if my phone would pack in for good. i have had it since november 2008

Surely its nothing to do with the mobile its all to do with your sim provider and what deal you are on.

It is not Samsung taking your money, it is your mobile operator (o2, orange etc.) for data usage. for Viper to work both phones need Viper installed so then you get free viper to viper calls/text. Viper uses the Data services, so a way to avoid data charges is to have Wifi enabled and use Wifi hotspots
