lentil pie - tasty and filling.
about 8 oz lentils and a couple of onions cooked until mushy in stock (home made or otherwise, but home made is really tasty).
Leave to go cold (will really thicken up) and make a pie with pastry of choice. Really filling and lovely with mashed potatoes, veggies and gravy.
Nice hot or cold, as it firms up again for travelling in packed lunches

Just bought some El Paso tinnned chilli today to go with long life wraps and some micro rice (which can also be heated in a pan)was thinking I could also add some tinned green beans or mushrooms to the wraps.
