The presumption has to be that the energy prices you pay after your price cap ends and up until March 2017 will be more in that 3 year period .

Guess the EDF price will be at least 6% more at the end of current contract .
Knock that 6% of the rough 25% price increase as above and you are left with prices to rise 19% over the remainder of the march 2017 contract . Apr 2014 to March 2017 .Three years for fuel costs to go up a further 19% ..
This is me thinking aloud and figures may be wrong but looking at exactly the same with EDF .
