Ordered some bathroom furniture from VP several weeks ago, the order totalling approx. £600. Delivery arrived but we found that the vanity unit and the back to wall toilet unit were completely different colours even thought they were supposed to be from the same range, VP had another 3 attempts at rectifying but failed miserably, we had to pay for 3 wasted plumber visits & ended up with 3x5ft boxed vanity units cluttering up the house as they couldn't even arrange collection properly. I have cancer & this new bathroom was supposed to make life easier for me instead I have spent most days returning from treatment & trying to resolve this, we have had no sink now for approx. 6 weeks. They just keep telling me it's " out of stock". Have been offered "partial refund" but the whole point is that the 2 units don't match so a partial refund won't resolve that. Customer service is worse than abysmal, they seem unable to relate to customers needs, have since found hundreds of other similar problems with VP, my advice would be to stay away - there are other companies that do very similar ranges for less money. I am sure their Customer service is ok when there are no problems that need sorting out but don't expect any consideration or assistance if there is an issue.

Sorry to hear your going through this, just to say ive ordered from them quite a few times and had no problems at all, the last order was for a cloakroom suite last month. I guess you are one o the unlucky ones.. hope you get it sorted.

That sounds awful OP. Sorry you've had a bad experience, but I have to say that I couldn't fault them when I've dealt with them. Items have arrived super quick and have been exactly what I wanted.
