Wheel Geometry Re-alignment
Comments

If the car has been checked over and there's no undue play in any bushes or links, then it's not the alignment that's gone out, unless it has a hefty shunt. Recheck the bearings, but it could just be something as simple as the tyres. I know that Dunlops on the back of XJs for example start to drone when their down to around 4mm. Nothing drastically wrong with them, just a nuance of the tyre.0

Octavia's can have rear camber rather than just toe adjusted, but £209 plus VAT is insane!
As above you want a garage that has, and knows how to use, a Hunter wheel alignment system. This website helps you find one:

I was quoted £20 per wheel that needed adjusted on my Octavia, and ended up being charged £67.20 after all 4 were done. It made a big difference on my car (whereas I've never felt any difference from alignment in the past), but they my car's alignment was pretty wonky:
Octavias are well known for sawtoothing problems on the rear tyres, which I guess may be your issue? A search on the Briskoda forum will give you more info:

I had my Mazda MX5 done on Hofmann equipment and it was £60 for all four wheels.
Make sure you go somewhere where they make full adjustment including camber and caster. Some places only do the toe in/out adjustments0 -
I don't think it's possible to adjust caster on an Octavia.
Good point about checking what they will adust though. I had a Kwik Fit tell me the rear camber on my car couldn't be adjusted.
It's possibly also worth mentioning that the recommended rear camber was changed on older Octavias to address the sawtoothing issue.0 -
Kwik Fit ? Er No. I wouldn't trust them to do it right, based on the experiences of others on this and other car related forums.0

£209 + VAT, definitely rip off at Audi garage.
My local official Porsche dealer charges this price!!
Just up the road a well thought of independent specialist only charges £150 incl. VAT.0 -

I used to own a Mazda MX5 and needed wheel alignment. After checking out reviews on the MX5 Owners Club forum I was reccomended to contact Wheels in Motion. Although I was miles away and they weren't going to get my business they reccomended me an alignmet centre and answered all my questions.
if you have any queries try their forum http://www.wheels-inmotion.co.uk/forum/
and you can have a look at their comprehensive website http://www.wheels-inmotion.co.uk/
They use a "Hunter" alignment system. This sort of alignment isn't cheap though and you can expect to pay £100 - £1500
