I'm not sure if this is the right board to post on but here goes:
I'm on Income Support with a 3 year old little girl my fridge freezer is on it's last legs I think the thermostat has gone on it one min it's absolutely freezing then an hour later i'll go into the fridge and the temp is warm I can stick my hand right in there and things are not cold. Food and milk is spoiling in there and I'm loosing more food than eating. I heard somewhere that I could get help from somewhere with a new fridge freezer but don't know where I've gone through the internet trying to find it but perhaps I'm not looking in the right place.
I'm in Wales. Thanks in advance for your help.

Put 'help with electrical goods for those on a low income Wales' into Google.
There are a number of websites that may be of interest.
To start you off:
Apply for a Budgeting loan - you are eligible but you will have to pay it back - little by little deducted from your IS. It is interest free.
If you can afford a little money then try the British heart foundation - they have furniture and Electrical shops. http://www.bhf.org.uk/shop/our-local-shops/whats-in-our-stores.aspx
Have you got Freecycle in your area? Sometimes electrical goods come up there.0 -
Freecycle is always a good option.0

Freegle is the other one as well. Google both. Certainly in my area loads of them come up. If you do not have a car to collect or someone who can do it for you, it is always worth asking the offering party if they could deliver it to you.0
