Just a quick bump before I post on the site above, the new NTO's came through on weekend, not home at the moment to look at them so hopefully one has been cancelled because it was issued twice. However, they are still in my wifes name not mine! ho -hum! I'm home tonight and will have a look at them.0

The NTO would be in the name of the Owner. These are the owner's PCNs to appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
