Thomas Cook/Flexible Trips & Monarch Airline

I'm going to Turkey in about a week. Booked with flexible trips but through Thomas Cook. I had a email with the flight/transfer/hotel vouchers and I printed it off and took it to Thomas Cook to check that it was all we needed. The lady there told us that we needed to enter some details in on the Monarch airlines website but on the website it says we can't do it if we booked a package holiday so I am a bit confused on what we need to do.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.

I suspect it is API (advance passenger information) that is required.

Somewhere on your paperwork should be a Monarch Airlines ref number. If you have that, go on to the Monarch website, look for the Add API section and key in the details.

Don't however worry too much if you can't do this as the check-in staff can also add it. Doing it in advance is just meant to speed things up at the airport.

If your monarch flight is a ZB flight you don't need to do api, if its a mon flight you should do it.

    Why is that then?
