I agree with you one hundred percent, furthermore twenty five years custom suggests that that things must have gone reasonably well. Like yourself I am struggling to understand the motivation for wanting to change based on the original thread.



The thread reminds me of someone I used to work with, he said that he switched from Barclays to Natwest simply because he got bored with Barclays. How strange, I told him to go and lie down in a dark room until he felt better.

Having just read the OP's original thread - I'm hoping the OP realises that ANY bank on that list who provides a current account would have acted in precisely the same way as Natwest.
