Yes, a form does pop up if you have won (you can't miss it).

noticed some people are getting emails and the rest pop up screens - I've only had pop up screens and the prize has been a small bag of jellybeans. Wondering if the email winners are receiving the bigger main prizes? x

I had a win, got a pop up box , filled it in, got an an email and received a key ring and a small bag of Jelly Beans.....had another win, got a pop box and nothing happened, asked on FB what had happened got an apology and received a large bag of Jelly Beans
