Had a win a couple of days ago but no e-mail saying what or anything yet.

I've been in touch on the UK jelly Bean page , they replied in a private message 2 seconds later and sent me an email stating that my prize would be dispatched within the next 28 days. I hope this helps someone because I've seen a lot of comments on the international JellyBean fb page

yes i messaged them this morning on twitter and they have now DM'd me to email my details to customer services, i have and gor a reply that my prize will be in under 28 days x

If you get the fatal error page, just hit the back button and try again later - it should say you've won again. Basically I think it keeps you registered as a winner until you've successfully sent your details (though maybe don't close your browser). Worked for me after I'd tried quite a few times and then left it a few hours.

Had a winner screen so filled in details and hit submit but screen went back to blank screen so no idea if its been accepted or not

Fingers crossed it has as been playing for ages!!!
