Sorry if this has been done but couldn't find one for this week.
Still trying out recipes from the new Hairy Bikers diet book so have a couple planned for this week, unusually we don't have any chicken in the house so having a rare poultry-free week!
S (today) - trying HB's dieters donner kebab, on OHs suggestion using half lamb mince, half beef mince though
M - Leftover curry from weekend with naan bread
T - Sesame crusted tuna steaks with stir fry veg
W - HM cheese burgers
T - Pork & prawn ball noodle broth (from 1st HB diet book)
F - Tuna pasta bake
S - HB moussaka

Our meal plan looks like this:
Sunday (today)- Fish pie with ketchup
Monday-Fishcakes (made out of the leftover fish pie) with BBQ sauce. Might have to change this, depending on how manyy fishcakes i can get out of the LO's..we were hungry tonight and had extra fish pie).
Tuesday- Meatballs & Spaghetti
Wednesday-Coconut Curry & Rice
Thursday-Leftover curry with big HM bread rolls
Friday-IFITS (mixture of all leftovers, random buts of meat/veg from freezer)
Sat-Lasagne and salad
Sun -LO lasagne with chips and salad.0 -
Thanks for starting us off
Sun - Rib of beef all the usual trimmings
Mon - bubble & squeak
Tue - beef stir fry and noodles
Wed- macaroni cheese and bacon
Thursday - Sausage, Egg & beans on toast
Fri - Lamb Hot Pot in SC
Lunches - pack lunch - sandwiches LO beef / hamGoal - We want to be mortgages free :j

Mine for the week, all HM this week:
Sun - Parmesan chicken with wedges and veg
Mon - BBQ chicken with egg fried rice
Tue - Corned beef pie
Wed - Sticky chicken stir fry
Thurs - Fish with lemon and herb crust with pilau rice
Fri - SC lamb and veg
Saturday - Salmon fillet with mash and peas
Lunches - left overs from previous night.0 -
Sun - chicken nuggets and smilies
Mon- fish cakes and salad for me/new pots for OH
Tues- rice and bean burritos
Weds - prawn something
Thurs- cheese and leek quorn, fried potatoes and peas
Fri- tomato and mozzarella gnocchi bake
Sat - sausage and mash0 -
Sunday:HM chicken casserole to use up bendy veg
Monday: jacket spud, prawns and salad
Tuesday: meatballs and tomato sauce with pasta (hairy biker recipe) from freezer
Wednesday: beef goulash and rice (hairy biker recipe) from freezer
Thursday: home made quiche with wedges and beans
Friday: cheese and bacon pasta bake
Saturday: HM chicken and ham potato pie with green beans
I tend to batch cook my meals and the weekend, and use the frozen portions in the week when I have less time.
Lunches: mugshots and fruit0 -

I thought I had just done a meal plan, but it must have been last week!
Breakfasts
HM cocoa and sultana cereal or toast or tea loaf. Bananas.
Lunch
Pease pud, stuffing and cranberry sarnies, or hummus sarnies. Carrot sticks. Apple or sultanas.
Dinner
Sun: Barley Casserole with dumplings and green beans
Mon: White Bean Paprikash with vegetable rice
Tue: Pasta with Bolognese-style sauce and chick peas
Wed: Some sort of curry and rice
Thu: Cheat Pizzas + veg
Fri: Stir fry with noodles or rice
Afters could be fruit, ice cream or a microwaved pud.Love and compassion to all x0
