Best free international phone call service
Hi. I found the WebCallDirect phone call service. I have tried a lot in my time and this has to be the best so far. Calls are free and the person you are calling does not need to be registered with the service. You don't even need your PC to be turned on to initiate the phone call (if you have a SIP enabled modem). You just connect your normal, old fashioned phone to the modem and phone as you normally would.

Similar to the JaJah service but you are not tied to any registered primary number. You can call from any phone number.

Its not Spam they are part of the Finerea/ Betamax Family 18185 ,1899, Telediscount, Dialaround,Voipdiscount, Voipstunt, etc etc etc which MSE strongly recommends the use of.
If you did a search you would have found its been discussed a number of times.:D
Calls however are not FREE.You get a certain amount of trial calls then you have to buy some credit. Like Voipdiscount, etc.
"Registered members get a maximum of 300 minutes per week of free calls, measured over the last 7 days. Unused free minutes cannot be taken to the following week(s). If limit is exceeded the normal rates apply. With your FREE DAYS you can call for free to all the destinations listed as free! when you have no FREE DAYS left the normal rates apply. You can get extra Freedays by buying credit "
There is also a small connection charge for each call if your using the callback service.0 -
Never had the need to use the callback service. I use it often and have never managed to reach the 300 minutes. I think most people wouldn't. Never been charged by WebCallDirect for calling landlines; only when I phone mobile numbers

The best bit though is the SIP support and being able to use my cordless phone on the modem with the PC turned off. I have been using Voipstunt for a number of months now, when the pop up appears that says "you have reached your free calls limit and need to buy credit" Just remove Voipstunt from your computer then reinstall using a different user name and password, only problem is I only get calls lasting 4 mins & 59 seconds, but that is OK to use for short phone calls.Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0
