Interestingly, it does not say anything about a child having to be there. (BTW, I haver not missed out term 4, it is just not there).

The terms and conditions say that it is available for all two parent families, regardless of gender.

What happens if mother wants the more expensive dish? In that case do you have to be same-gendered to take up the offer and it won't be offered if she is with a male partner?
