If your phone breaks and is out of warranty, but you pay insurance every month (in my case to o2), can you claim on that to get a free repair?
o2 state the insurance covers accidental loss/damage/theft but doesnt say anything about it breaking

If it only covers those items, and yours has simply stopped working then it doesn't look to cover faults.
Best to ring them and see.0 -
Seems abit daft as if i say "oh i dropped it and it stopped working", then suddenly its covered under accidental damage0

Well..........you didn't drop it, so that's not an issue.
Isnt the daft thing here buying accident/loss/theft cover when it seems you were after an extended warranty?0 -
I wasnt after anything, i bought the insurance when i got the phone years ago and just wondered if that would cover the fault.0
