Not really, no. It would fall under permitted development on a completed build. But if the plans show the bigger windows anyway, it already has PP for that!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I spoke with Taylor Wimpey last week and after consulting with the site manager and head office, they've acknowledged that it was an error on their part and are going to install the correct size windows.
It was lucky that I spotted it when I did otherwise I imagine there would be a lot more work involved if the property was already finished.
I'm just waiting to hear back from the sales office to see whether this will incur an extra delay.
We were originally told that our completion window would be start of October to end of November, and they've already indicated that it will likely be end of November due to them installing the wrong staircase, which caused a 3 week delay.0
