Help Pls - Vundo Virus/Trojan

Hi McAfee, Tells me I have a vundo virus on my computer but it is unable to remove it. Any suggestions how i might tackle this prob - i Have tried Search and Destory and the the McAfee virus scan but no joy. Also Search and Destroy finds Virtual Bonucer as a suspect file and I then remove. But when I restart the computer it returns!!

More importantly, have you worked out how you got this virus/trojan?
Is Windows fully up to date as Microsoft issued a security update in December to help combat this type of threat.
You need to understand where the weakness is in your system and fix it. Clearly, there is a weakness so you could be vulnerable to other threats.Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0 -

Most likely be the net. Unplug the modem and be safe! Only joking, update ALL crucial patches from Microsoft.0 -
