Estate Agent denying Surveyor access to intended purchase

so how would this work if it was the mortgage provider picking the surveyor,

would this be looked on as them being impartial, or maybe not

OP i hope this turns out in your favour ,
never heard of surveyor not getting access before especially if a seller wants to sell ,

personally i would already be looking at the next property,

Having done a great deal of searching to find what seems to be our perfect house it would be hard to pull out on a matter of principal, so annoyed as I am I will go with the new Surveyor and see what surfaces.

TBH the surveyor who just done the property im selling left loads of lights on and i only found out when i got back in a few days later... gggrrr
