Former Management Company Owes Me Money

Hello
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.
I rented a house through a management company. We moved out about a year and a half ago, with the agreement of the landlord and the management, while in mid-contract. The management explained that we had to pay the full rent for the month, and would be refunded the difference. This money was never refunded. We also forgot to cancel the standing order, and another month's rent went out.
In total the management owe us over £2000. They have always admitted this, and claimed they are sending a cheque, transferring the money etc etc.
I finally gave up on them and went to Small Claims Court, won by default and paid for a warrant. That is three months ago now. I spoke to the bailiff last week, who says he is planning to pay them a visit soon.
Yesterday, I happened to drive past their office and see a new sign on the front. Their website is still fully up-and-running, but they are no longer on Rightmove. The web address featured on the new sign says recently registered and no info yet.
Does this mean they have closed down? If so, is there any chance of me getting my money? What if the new company is the same people, just starting a new company, which I think is quite possible?
How can I find out if the company is closed?
Thank you for any help,
Raf
