Sofa bed help

I need a sofa bed for guests who stay over in my 1 bed apartment.
I'm in love with this one having tried it out in store but am being talked out of it due to the price tag.
I am trying to find something very similar but slightly cheaper if anybody can help that'd be great. I don't mind fabric or leather but I am fond of the grey colour.
