I bought something from dwell post administration (more fool me) and twice arrived damaged, third and 4th attempt the delivery company failed to deliver. Dwell have since checked the third bookshelf that was supposed to be sent to me and also damaged. Now they say it is last one and don't know if will come in again, they have offered a refund but since I have the matching furniture leaves me stuck, also said I would have to pay new price if it comes back in not the price I originally paid. Don't they have the right to provide with undamaged item since that is what I have paid for? I have been waiting 6 weeks now!:mad:
