I was granted a DRO in May this year. At the time my partner was was working full time and I wasn't. Unfortunatly my partner lost his job yesterday so our circumstances have completely changed. I did my DRO through CAB so do I have to inform them off this even though we worse off now? Plan to call CAB Monday as closed till then but just wondered if anyone knew about it?
Thanks
Thanks

The people who need to know of any changes you have are the Insolvency Service, but as your change in circumstances is a negative one the DRO should continue.
I would recommend getting advice from CAB to ensure your budget is something you can live off until you or your patner's position improves0
