Vauxhall Combo/Opel Combo faulty lighting
Hi!
A few days ago i parked my combo, noticing that the instrument lights and cdplayer lights was still on. Thinking this would go off in a while, i left the car as it was.
The next day, when I was about to start my car again the lights were still on. And ofcourse the battery drained. I couldnt for the life of me figure out how to turn these lights off. I tried every switch. And yes, I know that the switch on the lefthand side has to be turned to 0.
I figured some fuse or something was busted, so I went on trying every fuse. I eventually had to pull the centralcontrol fuse, to get the lights to turn off.
I have done a batteryreset, and nothing happened. The car has been to the shop for 4 days, they couldnt figure out the problem either. The weird thing is, that the car hasnt had anything new fitted to it, everything is original parts. Allthough its worth mentioning that it has been leaking water, on the driverside down by the clutch.
Anyone had any similar problems?

I had this on my zafira and it was the ignition barrel. Replaced it and all was fine. Be worth getting them to check that before you replace it though (if the haven't already).0

Could be a stuck on relay somewhere?, In the corsa there Body control Module could be a issues with that. Unfortunately it's properly a electrician job without a wiring diagram I can't really advise. If I had a wiring diagram I could advise more.0

Power saving relay or something linked to the interior lighting timer circuit.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

Probably the main light switch.
Try removing it And see if the lights go out.0
