no need to buy off of Ebay the software is available free at the link below very simple to use I have unlocked around 20 phones with it now, I'll post some basic instructions but please be sure you know what your doing before attempting to unlock your phone!

Check your phone connection settin is set to USB. I think it is under settings/connections/port settings
Plug the usb cable into your pc with the phone attached. Your PC should ask for the driver, tell the pc to look in the DRIVERS directory. This is usually done by selecting the 'install driver manually' or browse for driver.
Locate the file called 'downloader' in the \O2ICE_FREE\FLASHER\Ice Ver1.0.1 directory and run it.
Select USB NAND DOWNLOAD
The software will take you to another screen, on that screen at the bottom left you will see two small boxes, put a tick in the DLOAD + ERASE only.
On the same screen select 'FILE' in the top left corner of the menu and then 'FILE OPEN' from the pull down. Open the .pat file in the FW direcotory. It may need to be unpacked if it is still a zip/rar file, check and do that first.
Once open it should re-flash the phone, be patient, it may stop on 99% for a little but at no time unplug it until it reboots.
****** YOU DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK, I TAkE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE TO YOUR PHONE. IF YOU DO THIS NCORRECTLY YOU WILL TURN YOUR PHONE INTO A BRICK. *****0 -
I ordered the phone using the code the check out and the order confirmation I got both show the discounted amount.
However I just noticed those monkeys have charged me the full amount.
I will make sure I never go back to them again
I wonder any else here had the same problem with them0 -

They have some antiquated system thats for sure!
They charge you the full amount, then 'refund' the discount (after dispatch) so look at the 'statement' letter that comes with the phone to see how much it says you've been charged. Then cross check it with your bank.
I've only ordered from them once before but the website checkout showed the full price at the time, as did the confirmation email. It wasn't until delivery (2 days later) that the discounted amount showed! (via a 'statement'.. with the parcel) :A0 -

Ordered the E900 on 23.6.07 and got confirmation of order £37.90. They have given me 4 different delivery dates, and I have been on the phone to them for over 50mins in total (@ 8p/min it adds up) and it still hasn't arrived.
Now been told they have cancelled the order as its lost in warehouse!! and I have to re order, but phone has increased in price to £99 from £79 and they say I have to phone them or send copy of 'there' original order confirmation to see if 20% disc can still be applied.
Any advice on what to do next would be appreciated0 -
How did you get the E900 for £37.90?0
