Salena , i did have the same problems but with additions a couple of weeks ago, you need to ring customer services on monday ( using 0870 of course ) and give them the codes that you used so they can refund your money, it took one week but i got my money back.

Littlewoods takes the full amount then credits the discount back to you.You dont have to call them.

Can anyone help me? The E900 mentioned is it pay as you go? I cant seem to see one for T-Mobile Pay as you go. Am I doing somthing wrong?

If you search the Litlewoods Direct for T-Mobile, you should get all the phones available on T-Mobile Pay As You Go.

Incidentally, I had no problems getting my Sony W300i for £33.10. I first set up an account and then paid by credit card, using both discount codes. The phone arrived two days later and on the same day Littlewoods Direct put £23.50 into my credit card account and took out £3.50 and £53.10, making a balance of £33.10. Reading the various threads, I think more people are experiencing problems with the Littlewoods site than with the Littlewoods Direct site, so I guess people have to use their judgment about which is the best option, once you've factored in the different code options.

actually i wouldn't bother with the e900 my OH has this phone and the connection to charge has gone after 6 months, o2 won't fix it seemingly as its our fault?? seemingly it is a flaw with this particular phone.

My husband has one of these, they can be unlocked.

Virgin sent us a code to unlock it as he had spent £30 on top ups, don't know if it can be unlocked without a code though.
