We decided to try this offer out at a local Domino Pizza outlet. We ordered the pizza and went via the Top cash back site as mentioned in Martins latest email. We arranged to collect the pizza at 19.45 hrs.
We arrived on time and they had a display advising the pizza would be ready in 7 minutes. We waited and waited and after 15 mins I asked how much longer and the very helpful assistant said they had to do it again.
It then got to 20.30 hrs and still waiting for our food and I said with some emotion in my voice how much longer will it be. The reply was shortly.
Well enough was enough and trying to keep my emotions in check I politely suggested we should receive our pizza free and they spoke to the manager who refunded the money straight away and at the same time our pizza appeared.

UPDATE.
Just received an email through to advise I will be receiving my cash back of £9.90 as well.
Now I know what moneysaving is all about.0 -
I whooped with delight when I came across this offer and followed Martin's directions to a T. But when I logged on to Top Cashback an hour ago I discovered that I had only received 30p cashback!!
I promptly began to lodge a 'missing cashback claim' to be told that at the time of my purchase (the same day the MSE email came out) there was only a 4.00% cashback offer for new dominos online customers, or a 2.00% cashback offer for returning customers.
£15 wasted not to mention the petrol that we had to use to go and fetch the bleeding things.
V v angry, feel scammed.

I must admit that happened to me too with topcashback. Offer was on when I clicked on the link, when I queried it with topcashback, they said the offer hadn't been on when I pressed the link.
Nothing I could do.
I tend to regard cashback sites as good for cashback generally, but no guarantee you'll get it. If you do, great, but as long as u only use it for something u'd purchase anyway.., you won't lose out. 99% of the time you gain.0 -
I did the cashback offer. Spend over £15, I used the 50% voucher and also got the £9.99 cashback. Spent £8.04, therefore making £1.95.
I have now been told that the £9.99 has been declined due to not being a new customer. I don't remember seeing this offer being advertised for new customers only?0 -
Can I just bump this up to see if anyone else has had this problem? My husband and I both used this deal on our accounts and it showed as tracked and payable. I just logged on today and both have dropped to 45p from 9.99! We're both new topcashback customers, as it states on the screenshots of the terms and conditions I agreed to. I'm so annoyed - I wouldn't have ordered if this deal hadn't been on, and it's not like I can return it now!0

Top cash back and Dominoes are appalling imo. I used the "lunch money deal".
They wriggled out of it saying I never used the correct link. I used the one directly off their site. I know how cookies and cash-back work, so I always "wipe my feet".0 -

That's exactly the same as me. Currently have appealed to TCB and lodged a claimLife is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
Just to update, I lodged a claim and got the money, but no reply yet with my husband's claim0
