Buyer claiming having to pay postage but i have cert of postage?

Had a similar problem a few years ago, turned out after a brief investigation that my post office hadn't checked their scales and they were under weighing everything Not normally a problem unless your item was right on the cusp

This is not a lost item though it is underpaid postage so as above all you need is proof of the charge.

Buyers are under no obligation to complete any forms a seller may send.
