hi there just a quick question if anybdy can help me
i was in an accident in a hire vehicle with a total idiot who became angry and started driving like a complete idiot resulting in us sliding out on a bed and hitting a kerb at speed making a right mess of the wheel
i was jolted sideways violently around the car and will be claiming for personal injury but as there was no other car involved could there be complications with the claim or shal it be quite forward as the driver cant quite deny the accident as the company recieved the car back with a messy wheel in the boot and a space saver on the car i also have a picture of the wheel after the accident:T
also will the driver have to accept liability or not as he was obviously the insured driver on the hire agreement

It's not up to the driver to accept liability. That's for the insurer to accept or dispute.
Get legal advice, and use an injury solicitor to deal with this for you.0 -
Get over it. If the force of the impact was so great to injure you I doubt the car would have driveable. Thanks for putting my premium up.0

So what injury do you have? Sounds like you had a puncture hardly likely to cause injury.0

This upset people on another thread but here goes:what are you being compensated for?0

No other car being involved would generally make things less complicated not more - it means there's no argument about whether the accident was his fault or the other driver's fault.0
