D&G solicitors finally written - should i ask for the other charges since process sta

Hello there,

I have gone as far as it can go, hada letter from the court saying that both parties had to talk to each other and resolve the issue by 16th May, and then if the matter was not settled to send copies of correspondence to the court for final judgement on 2nd July.

I sent letters before the 16th May stating my case to HSBC and saying that I wanted to get the matter settled....... of course they didnt contact me before the 16th May Deadline!!!

I received a letter from D&G solicitors asking for the breakdown of charges again...... of course I will send these to them again, except when i first sent them they were just listed by statement date rather than by the exact date of each charge..... so no problem there.

I have 2 questions that I would really appreciate somebody's advice on please:

1 - if the final amount is slightly different does that matter?

2 - for the 6 months since I have started the process I have got more charges I want to claim.... should I tell D&G now? or should I negotiate for them once they hopefully give me a settlement figure?

hsbc's solicitors haven't even replied to me yet and my hearing date is the 2nd of july at bristol court.
