    Onion bajis, onion rings. I have a load too (also shop bought), and so far I've made onion marmalade, and soup. There was a suggestion for Lotus flower onions in another thread, but you may have to use whole onions for that.

    I don't unfortunately, but there may be something in the OS forum recipe index. It's certainly on my list of recipes to hunt for!

    Talking of which....look at the "sticky" section at the top of the OS forum and you will see squeaky's old style Index collection - there are onion relish/chutney recipes on there.

    To be honest I would just refreeze them myself! They just might clump together a bit (but I've frozen onion together and find a whack of the lump-o'-onion on the counter soon sorts it out)
